ROOTED for Change serves individuals and families across Central Texas who are working toward greater stability, opportunity, and well-being. Everyone is welcome — but we focus on those who have historically had the least access to opportunity.
Students in under-resourced schools who need mentorship and pathways to college or careers.
Adults looking for career advancement, job readiness, or entrepreneurial support.
Families navigating housing challenges, financial stress, or a need for community connection.

Our Framework
The Access Project is ROOTED for Change's framework for connecting individuals and families to the resources, relationships, and opportunities they need to thrive. Our work spans four interconnected areas — education and personal growth, health and wellness, economic empowerment and housing stability, and community engagement and advocacy. Through programs, partnerships, and community-based support, we work to address immediate barriers while creating pathways toward long-term stability, growth, and opportunity.
