Every participant is assessed for readiness and matched with stabilization support so they can focus fully on advancement.

Intensive Placement Readiness
An 8-week high-velocity cohort covering workforce readiness, technology skills, practical AI tools, and career preparation aligned to regional employer needs.
Phase 03
Placement & Retention
Guaranteed employer interviews for qualified graduates, plus ongoing financial coaching to help participants manage their wage increase and build lasting stability.
