The model
Phase One · Weeks 1–5
Participants map their goals, complete a strengths and barriers assessment, and build the habits that make everything after it possible — digital literacy, communication, time management, and confidence.
Phase Two · Weeks 6–11
Hands-on workforce training, technology and digital skills, financial capability coaching, resume and interview preparation, and connections to credentialing partners across Central Texas.
Phase Three · Weeks 12–16
Employer introductions, interview support, housing and resource navigation, and a personal stability plan — followed by continued check-ins after the cohort ends.

Funding the work
Pathways to Prosperity is offered at no cost to participants. Each cohort is funded by individual donors, local employers, faith communities, and foundation partners who invest directly in training, coaching, transportation support, and the resources that keep participants in the program through week sixteen.
