Building on What We Started.
Building on the foundation established in 2025, ROOTED for Change is focused on expanding access, deepening impact, and strengthening sustainability — ensuring families and communities continue to receive the support they need to thrive. We are expanding partnerships, launching new programming, and laying the groundwork for the future ROOTED Community Center — a physical hub for mentorship, workforce support, mental health resources, and multigenerational connection.
